    Just to spice up the game they should dot bins up and down the side lines, and if you manage to nail the ball into one of them from within your 22 your team should get the lineout. :D

    as long as the ball travels at least 40 meters

    Yep, and when the ball gets into the bin, fireworks go off and cheerleaders come out and the big screens flash with the words 'BIN-BALL! BIN-BALL!' and we could rename the league 'The NFL'!
