The inspector was doing the rounds today, she called into me and then into one of my neighbors.
What surprised me was her reaction when I questioned her, she had some details wrong so I quizzed her and she was not impressed, I told her if she did not like it she knew where the door was.
She told me I was on a full payment of €218 which Im not, I told her I get €39 a week, she then asked me was I sure ?

Surely they should have their facts right before the go calling to people at home ?

Regardless whether she had your details wrong or not, no need to be rude to them.

You would hope so.But as this forum is not for discussing the dept policies or staff ability.
