means testing after 9 months..

Just wondering if anybody knows how much the social welfare income would reduce by after 9months , when its means tested.
anything in the bank over 20k is taken into account. so if i had 30k, only 10k of that would be taking into account.

income at the moment myself €188.
wife €124
€29.80 per child.

So if you have €30,000 then you will receive €10 less than you are receiving now.

First €20,000 Nil. Next €10,000 €1 per €1,000. Next €10,000 €2 per €1,000. Balance (€40,000 +) €4 per €1,000

No check the link I sent you for the first 10k over 20k its €1 per thousand. The next 10k is €2 per thousand etc.
