Myself and my wife are looking to build a house in the south dublin area e.g Sandyford, Rathfarnham, Dundrum etc.

Currently there are very few sites for sale in this region advertised on any of the property websites.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any farmers or land owners in their local area who might have a possible site for sale in any of these areas?

FFS the Irish countryside is destroyed by one off houses. Would you not just look for a built house or something you can renovate??
