Hi I was just wondering does anyone know what type of connection this is in the attached image. In my apartment this cable is coming out of a wall in my living room. I presume that is a cable coming from a satelite dish but it doesn't look like a LNB connection. I'm looking to buy a saorview/freeview combi box but don't…

Its a fiber optic connection for satellite TV.

Not directly on to the fiber cable, the fiber cable connects to a GTU and you then connect the receiver to the GTU with coax cable.
