I have been on illness benefit for a number of years and have had several assesments. I had one on 22feb and i was found capable of work, I appealed the decision and had my appeal review this week. I hyperventalated as soon as I sat down, i didnt know what was happening but I felt like I was suffocating, the worst experience of my life..anyway the doctor recognised me and mentioned he had seen me before , he asked 3 questions and than said I could go...I only got to say a few words and felt like I hadnt explained my illness..I had a letter from my GP and from my psychiatrist who both stated I not capable of working. The doctor I had the appeal with ended by saying he would recommend I stay on illness benefit but the final decision is not down to him....what does this mean, Can anyone advise me please, thank you
