Hi all. I always finding myself stumped when it comes to the first section on the paper. The sort of questions that catch me out are the ones asking about trace elements in food and carbohydrates, fats, minerals etc.
I was just wondering if someone could help me out with notes or advice. Thanks.:pac:

I find it helpful to answer all the previous both higher and ordinary questions and basically learn them off and if you can get your hands on previous mock papers :) i think it's easier to learn this way :)

The textbook chapters on food contain most of the questions asked relating to this topic so if you just learn that you'll be fine. Past exam questions are always a good idea as well though.
