Not sure if this should be in motors or here, apologies mods if this isn't the place.
Basically, got issued a fixed charge from traffic warden for not displaying a current tax disc back in January.
Yesterday I found the ticket in my work folder I'd forgotten about it.
I rang the payments office and paid the fine, it had gone up to €90 from €60 as it was outside the 28 day period.
The lady accepted the payment and issued a receipt by post.
Last night I was reading the notes on the back of the ticket and it states that if payment falls due after 56 days i will be prosecuted, I was 88 days over.

Am I to expect a summons from the system?
