Hi all . I'm wondering what's the out come after receiving a fixed penalty charge and 3 points plus a 6 month driving ban under the new fixed penalty system, when I go to get insurance again ? It would be considered a 'material fact' so you need to declare it when seeking a quote. Expect either a refusal or a very large quote.
