Does anyone know if any of the beer related social apps(untappd, ratebeer etc.) have a significant irish userbase? Kinda like the ability to rate and keep track of new beers.

No, but that sounds like an idea for a future update of the Beoir finder app.

That said, there is an android ratebeer app and there are Irish users on that.
