Summons for possession (wasn't mine)

Need some advice on a ridiculous situation.

Early last year I was caught with a small amount of Marijuana and summoned to court. I was hit with a conviction and a fine.
My solicitor recommended me to appeal it and I did. My appeal was successful and I had the whole thing quashed.
Since then, I haven't touched it.

A few months ago, this happened:

Me and a couple of my mates were in town just after we came out of club, and went to spar to buy a roll. (I was very drunk)
When I came out around the corner there were 2-3 random people with my friends smoking some weed.
Garda drove up and got out. Somebody dropped a bag of weed and I unfortunately positioned myself closest to it when the garda found it. (Without realizing)

A garda then started to say it was mine and I acted very suspicious when they arrived.
I argued that it wasn't mine, and they couldn't prove it. (I was very drunk but still don't see how I could of acted suspiciously)

Garda then said that if nobody owned up, we'd all be summoned.
Nobody did, so all our details were taken.

I find myself now, the only person out of my friends who has received a court summons. Should I be worried, it wasn't mine!

    Suuuuuuuuuure it wasnt.

On a serious note mate you need an actual solicitor for this.

If it happened how you say it did they will be of great assistance to you.
