Hi got great tips last time. Have invested in new running from well est. running shop and good socks and can really feel difference but poor toes still a bit sore heard of greasing toes ? went out tonight and ran 6 miles had planned at least 7.5 just to up my training but tips of toes were v sore only on one foot is that normal ? will they need to just tough up?

Either that or you'll get a stress fracture. Running comes from leaning forward and lifting a leg not pushing off toes*. If your toes are sore from running you're putting too much pressure on them.

Are your shoes big enough? Socks not too tight at the toes?

Is it the tops or the bottoms..nails or blisters? My big toe is black and blue and prob. gonna lose the nail due to me patching up my toe poke hole with duct tape...maybe you need a larger toe box on your runners....?

Does this qualify as medical advice...putting our new mod. to the test..hehe..
