Hi, bought Michelin pro 3's there a few weeks back. Have done about 120k on them. Have a look at the pics. Afraid to head on as both tyres look to be cracking or failing and I'd be stuck in the arse end of nowhere! Tyre pressure 110psi.

I have used plenty sets of Pro3 tyres and I have never seen that happen even after fairly high mileage. I wouldn't be comfortable using them.

Same as Letape, have been using these tyres a while now, no such issues. I'd be returning them ASAP for a refund/replacement.

Unlike the other comments here, i had a pair of these and they also fell to pieces after 150km. I wouldn`t be buying them again nor would I be a fan of them.

I bought a pair of these in April last year, had to replace them in July for the same reason. They seemed to degrade quite rapidly. Have a pair of the much cheaper Dynamics on since and are just about ready for replacing now.

Great you got sorted. Very strange to see them come apart like that.

Got a pair of these from bike24 a while back and while I haven't been on them much (about 450km) they seem pretty good so far, and have had no issues like your Michelins!

+1 on the Grand Prix had a set on my bike from new and the front one is still going strong after bit over two years and about 12000k Think I only got one front wheel puncture in all that time. Couple of little nicks on it so will replace it soon. Replaced back one after about 4000k cause it had a bad cut on the side wall but wear wise was fine. Running a GP4000s on the back for about 8000k. Have a set of these as replacements will throw them on in week or so

and some latex tubes. Was saving them for new race wheels but budgetary conditions have changed so will have to make do with the wheels I have.

Yeah, I've had a few spins on mine now too and they are lovely and grippy and roll really fast. Very comfy too.
