60 day Thailand Visa?

    I would like to know how I can go about getting a 60 day Thai visa before I leave in July?

    Any help would be great. :)

    Thanks for the link.

    I'm slightly confused as to what visa to apply for and the terms of it.

    I will be staying for 60 days so its a tourist visa I need.

    So If i wanted to get another 60 days at the end of the first one - that would be a double entry?? Right?

    And if I wanted another 60 days at the end of the second one then that would be a triple entry?

    Do I have to leave and reenter the country to get the second 60 day visa issued?

    You can apply for a double or triple entry visa before you leave Ireland. You then need to leave Thailand and re-enter each time.

    Ok, I understand now. And each time I re-enter I will get a 60 day visa?

    Did you read the FAQs in the link I gave you, or the rest of the thread? It really couldn't be much clearer.

    I have read them now and I completely understand. Thanks for the info.

    One last question, which I can't seem to find the answer for anywhere:

    Say I get a triple entry visa and decide after my second stint of 60 days in Thailand, to leave the country and explore Cambodia/Vietnam for a few months. When I enter Thailand again(say 2 months after leaving it) will I get my 3rd 60 day visa then? Or do I have to use the visas one after another?
