Quick (I hope) SFP question

My uncle left me his farm and sfp entitlement in his will. I've rented out the farm and am also leasing the sfp.

I've filled out the forms to first transfer my uncles entitlements to me and next I'm doing the one to transfer the entitlements from me to the farmer.

My question is that it? Or does the farmer need to do something further? (Was talking to farmers wife this evening bout something else and it came up and neither of us were sure.

Make sure you keep a copy of all dealings with the Dept of Ag. Always send stuff like that in a registered letter. They have been know to loose things quite often with the excuse that they never received it
