I've been married for almost a year now to a fantastic woman. I think my problem comes from a previous relationship were my ex was cheating on me constantly and I am terrified of it happening again. Can anybody recommend what kind of counselling/therapy I would need? Would I need to go with my wife? I have mentioned it to her and she is very supportive. I really want to change my way of thinking.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is probably the way to go as it addresses dysfunctional emotions and thought processes. Your local GP will be able to refer you to a reputable therapist. Hope it works out for you.
