Forgot to take out battery when upgrading RAM - All seems ok

I was a bit hasty, and forgot to take out the battery when changing the ram. However the laptop was fully shut down for over an hour when I did this. And i did touch metal-y stuff. All seems to be working fine, I think I have gotten away with it. From a quick Google search I should be ok, lets hope so :eek:
