Hey guys! I bought a G and G ump45 recently and I was wondering what lipo battery would be the best for it. I was recommended a 7.4 1300m battery in the shop but the gun seems to be running really slow on it. Almost as if the battery is dying. I know the battery is fine cause I checked it with a different gun, and I no the gun is fine because I ran a NiMH 9.6 through it and that was fine too. Please help I'm knew to lipo batteries and I want to get the best out of the gun! Thanks

Hey, yeah I used my friends smart charger. All his batteries are always perfect when the are charged by it. Could it be a dud battery?

According to the guy who owns the charger it is.

Apparently the battery is a 7.4 lipo 1300mamp and 15c. Not sure what this means but hopefully it helps?

15c is a very low battery, you would be better off getting a 20c minimum......

The rate of fire on the G&G ump is slow as stock, i put in a high speed set up.

What upgrades did u do to yours if u don't mind me asking? I'd be interested in working on mine and upgrading it too.

I put a shs high speed motor and shs 14:1 high speed gears into it along with low resistance wiring as it is needed, and that brought the fire rate up to 30-40 bbs a second, also if i was to use a higher C rating lipo, i would get an even better rate of fire :)

What would be the highest c rating battery I could use on mine considering its just the stock version, without the gun ****ting itself?
