    hi all

just a quick question. i was involve in a incident with a company vehicle last week in dublin. damages est €5000. and a week later my manager rings me 12 hrs before i was due to start work saying the insurance company doesn't want me driving till the incident is sorted.

this time last year another company vehicle was involve in a incident. One of the passenger was injured and still has not returned to work. that driver was back driving in in three day.

where do i stand. is my boss lying or cant the insurance company do this

    Sounds quite unusual.

You could ask for a copy of the correspondance from your boss maybe?
