97 toyota starlet exhaust

Howdy lads

A friend of mine has a 97 starlet, the exhaust is knackered and she can't seem to find one anywhere, not even traynors have one which is strange

anywho I was asking around and a lad said you can stick a corolla exhaust on it

would this be doable?

Have you or her tried ringing a motor factors to price a new one?

I doubt it. The starlet is a lot shorter a car.

Are we talking back box, centre section, what?

What parts are gone or is it the full exhaust?

Any good motor factors should be able to get one in.

Finally, an exhaust from a breakers is not a good idea.

90% of scrap yards will have a starlet knocking about,the 1990-1995 will fit if you modify the exhaust hangers but should have a 96+ one

Sounds like the back box so. I would say a motor factor would be a fair bit cheaper than the Micksgarage link.

Righto, sure I'll have a look on monday, I'd prefer to get it as a whole and see because she's not being very clear about it all

I agree. The link was just to make the point that they are still easy to get.
