Trouble recording the masters with sky

    Just wondering if sky have blocked the live pause/ record options? Or is it my sky box thats the problem?
    Worse still has it clashed with that feckin glee my mrs watches!!!!

    Is your memory fairly full? It will take up a lot of memory

    Could be a number of issues:
    • Try knocking off power for a minute turning back on.
    • If that doesn't do it make sure both cables are connected correctly from wall to box. If not again you'll need to restart box
    • Make sure enough size as suggested

    Does it record anything ?

    A message appears saying its unavailable please contact your broadcaster.
    I will try deleting some of her stuff just to see if it works. I mean how many cookery programs does she need!! Lol

    I had the same problem yesterday, tried to use the sky+ app and then when I got home late last night it said recording failed. Fingers crossed for today !

    Exactly the same. I think they've blocked it on sky.
