    What wheels or car?

If aftermarket go to East coast alloys. I had to get a centrecap from them before, did the job and not too dear :)

I would look on ebay. I got a set of 4 on there for just over the price of 1 from the dealers. If you are not on ebay but you know somebody that is, get them to buy a set and sort them out afterwards. Just make sure to get the measurements right and preferable be there with the person at the time to avoid any mistakes.
