The residents of Oldcourt got together and planted flowers and shrubs and erected a professionally made sign to honour Katie.
The place looked great but the sign disappeared soon afterwards.
Does anyone know why this sign was removed?

I don't know but it's not Taylortown is it, it's Oldcourt and has alot of wonderful people living there of whom Katie is only one. You never know she may have felt a bit bashful about it herself and asked for it to be discreetly removed now that all the hullaballoo has died down. Maybe they can auction it for one of the charities she supports or just dust it off and put it back out in 4 years when Rio's on and the cameras are back.

Hopefully the flowerbeds are hanging on in there.
