Can't get Internet on Nexus 4 except on wifi. I'm with 48 and they say its connected at their end. They sent me the settings which I've put in. The said to enable Data Roaming and Packet Data but I can't find Packet Data anywhere on my phone. Can anyone help please?

Is your Data Roaming/National Data Roaming option enabled in the same menu as already mentioned?

You could try the SIM in another phone (maybe a non-Android) to see if it really is 48's fault.

    Try settings/data usage/mobile data on.

This is what I meant. I'm running a Nexus ROM port (4.2.1 Jelly Bean) on my GT-I9000 (Galaxy S). It should be pretty much the same on the 4.2.2 firmware on the Nexus 4.
