Hi, im a qualified individual with BSc In It Management and a Masters in Music Technology. I'm looking for work in a call center / customer service sector, having no luck at all, i also have practically zero experience.

i figure that if a company takes me on for a couple of months on a low pay or no pay type of deal it would greatly enhance my chances.

my question to anyone thinking similarly,

how should i contact a company,

should i call them, or call into them?
should i email HR or email the manager?

    has anyone tried this route?

    also i am checking jobsbridge.
    many thanks

    desperately seeking exp. :)

Look for the Sky thread in this forum. I know the were hiring service advisors a couple of weeks ago. They may be worth a look and might be interested in you with your qualifications.

You should find someone you know (no matter how slightly) who works in a compnay that you might want to work for, and ask them 1) how to apply, and 2) if they can put in a good word for you.

Work relationships, not cold calling or anonymity.
