how to activate a white sky card

    i got a HD box with a white sky card in it when i turn it on i am told that its the wrong card. what i have read on the internet is to leave the card in and the box on standby on sky news for 48 hours and it should reactivate. is this right or is there something else i should do? there is no telephone line connected.

    i just leave the Box switched on and then the card should 'wake up' within 72 hours...

    How did you get the White Sky card so quickly Pongo??

    I've emailed them also - but haven't had a reply as of yet.

    the white card was in the HD box when i bought it

    i rang setanta after getting a e-mail back from them card on its way
