    Hi,

    I'm currently researching contract types for a PP exam in June.

    Can anyone advise how the roles of an Employer's Representative in a GCCC contract differs from that of an Architect in a standard RIAI contract?

    From my limited research so far they would seem pretty similar.

    Also if anyone knows where I can download some RIAI sample contracts I would appreciate it!
