Filling in wisdom tooth - can't be a white filling

Is it true that it is not possible to put a white composite filling in a wisdom tooth, as the tooth has to be kept dry during filling and it's not possible to do this with a wisdom tooth.

Therefore a wisdom tooth filling must be black amalgam.

With some wisdom teeth, it's difficult for patients to access the tooth with a toothbrush alone...the space is often very limited back that far in the mouth.

Now for a filling, factor into that space a dental handpiece, dental suction, dental mirror, dentists' fingers, then cotton wool rolls either side of the tooth /rubber dam& rubber dam clamp.....google images of some of these things!- so in some cases it's not even physically possible to treat the decayed tooth, and it has to be extracted.
The tooth is situated far back enough in your mouth that noone should even notice the colour, besides which, white fillings generally cost about a third more than silver ones, so win win:D
