I have an 18 month old siemens induction hob on which one 'ring' has become badly discoloured. Its not that the 'ring' is stained by burnt food or anything on its surface, it seems that the glass has become discoloured. Is this an issue with these hobs and is it possible to sort it out. I have an 18 month old siemens induction hob on which one 'ring' has become badly discoloured. Its not that the 'ring' is stained by burnt food or anything on its surface, it seems that the glass has become discoloured. Is this an issue with these hobs and is it possible to sort it out. The hob is on an island and this staining makes the hob look pretty nasty.
