Galaxy Ace - Memo App - Sorting

    Has anybody tried to use the Samsung support site. I'm trying to find out if I can sort memos alphabetically on a Samsung Galaxy Ace. Sent them an e-mail (which was very difficult) and got a reply back which was completely wrong and useless.

    Tried to reply. Their website asks the user to select as follows:-
    PRODUCT GROUP - I selected Mobile Phone
    TYPE - I selected Mobile Phone
    SUBTYPE - Options available are - Accessories/Bar/Bluetooth Headset/Folder/Others/Slider/Tablet - how the hell do you select from that list!
    MODEL NUMBER - couldn't fill in as subtype was not selectable

    Their whole support website seems to be a very crude translation into English and is therefore unusable.
