Hoping someone can help me! I know theres a morning boxing bootcamp wednesday and fridays @ 7.45am in GS sports centre. Just wondering if anyones been to it and what its like. Want to start doing something before work on these mornings. Just looking for good fitness training with some padwork and maybe sparring
