I am considering starting to collect Irish banknotes. Can anyone suggest a couple of websites I could go to to get information on the different notes that were released. I am new to this so am really looking for somewhere to start with free web based information before I spend any money on books.

www.irishpapermoney.com - has pictures of all series modern Irish notes (including a picture of nearly all the dates of Lavery and Ploughman notes), and many of the old issues.
