    if you had been getting this on your login screen from Avantcard for the last few weeks with ineffectual twiddling of the buttons from Carrick, interspersed with total codswallop, "completely lost" would be fair comment.

    For a credit card company, which by definition is totally reliant on IT, not to be able to sort out such a minor, but trying hiccup, it does not bode well.
