We're on the verge of booking a package hol to Portugal, we will be booking transfers to and from airport over there. Do you think we need to bring a carseat? Or could the baby sit on our knee on the bus? Questions, questions!!

I think for the infant carier, you may as well bring it as it will come in handy as a highchair / bouncer / day bed etc, but for a child over 12 months you'd have to bring a group 1 /2. I know mine is the definition of not portable!

There is an inflatable version of a car seat, I think its group 2 / 3.
