Waterford to Tramore fits in nicely in the build up to Cork!

Not all the races are €5, Wat to trample for example is €10. Think it is only the ones fully organised by West Waterford, about 7,which are €5. Still great value though.

Entry fee for this race is 8 euro and entries will be taken at the newly refurbished Butlerstown GAA centre. Located just off the N25 Waterford Ring Road and By pass, beside the Holy Cross pub and close to Whitfield hospital. Registration from 6pm.

Glad you posted that - it's E10 rather than E8. Normally bring exact money to there things so would have been short.

The 3rd race in the Ger Wyley Sports Summer Series takes place this evening in Waterford.

Note that this is a point to point 7.5 mile race. Runners start in Waterford City and finish on the coast in Tramore. There is a regular bus service from Tramore to Waterford so it's easy to arrange.

I heard this morning that there will have to be a new route for Clashmore next Friday night, one of the roads is closed.
Apparetly its the road with the hill:),so now they're looking into an alternative route but still looking to have a hill in it;)

That hill lead to a lovely downhill finish though, which may be gone now as well.

GSK 5 mile in Dungarvan tomorrow night at 8pm. €10 entry with all proceeds going to Jack and Jill. Technical t-shirt and goody bag to first 250 entrants. Great value and usually a good race for quick times.
