Rear View Mirror Shaking

This is an odd one so appreciate any help/advice. While I'm driving along I've noticed that my rear view mirror vibrates/shakes causing a blurring effect when trying to see what's going on behind me. Now this happens when going about 30mph+ and without the stereo on. One person mentioned that it could be the engine/gearbox…

This is an odd one so appreciate any help/advice.

While I'm driving along I've noticed that my rear view mirror vibrates/shakes causing a blurring effect when trying to see what's going on behind me. Now this happens when going about 30mph+ and without the stereo on. One person mentioned that it could be the engine/gearbox mounts gone which is leading to excess vibrations entering the cabin and hence the mirror. I know it's a diesel 1.9 PD I'm driving and can feel the vibration in the cabin when the car's idle but didn't think it was that much.

Would anyone agree or have a (hopefully cheaper/easier fix related) opinion?

try twisting it around, it may just have become loose and needs to be clicked back into position, failing that some bluetac between the holder and the mirror may be a temporary fix.
