    I've seen this a few times now. A 6 degree difference in my cores. Here's the output:
    Core 0:       +43.0°C  (high = +82.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
    Core 1:       +42.0°C  (high = +82.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
    Core 2:       +36.0°C  (high = +82.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
    Core 3:       +36.0°C  (high = +82.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
    

    Time to reapply thermal paste? Or perfectly normal? (load on the box is not high)

    well thats pretty similar to mine on a 2500k chip...i would think its ok

    It's normal. That's actually quite close. Between my hottest and coldest core, there's a 10° difference.
