I'm looking for some feedback on my diet and fitness regime and answers as to why I'm not losing any weight >:<

    I'm 5"11 female 10 stone 6 pounds.

My diet is fairly rigid. I can safely say I eat the same thing every day except for one cheat meal at the weekend. I eat porridge with honey twice a day, I have scrambled eggs with brown bread for dinner or an omelette and I have a chicken and cheese wrap for lunch(if I have lunch). I also drink diet coke by the bucket load :/

I have recently started intermittent fasting. I began about 6 weeks ago fasting once a week for 24 hours at a time. As I haven't seen any results I began twice a week fasting last week.

I run about 8 km 5 days a week and do a weights class usually three times a week.

    So any ideas?? Anyone?!

stop drinking diet coke, plain and simple, nothing about it is good for you, it will hold you back for as long as you keep drinking it.

your diet sounds pretty high calorie and made entirely of carbs and fats. It would probably be the right amount without the diet coke but there isn't a single fruit or vegetable in there! the colours of your foods are extremely weak.

You don't loose weight by punishing your body - starving yourself, running for ages (both have their advantages but for other reasons) - your body doesn't want to hold onto fat if it is happy, fat storing is out of necessity (excess energy) and in preparing for 'the winter' (times of food scarcity - fasting, skipping lunch etc.)
If you eat right your body will shed all access weight as it knows it does not need to carry it anymore

The key to any kind of weight loss is in that diet coke - the key to getting to your ideal weight is in overall diet

Why do you eat porridge twice a day?
Scrambled eggs with brown bread isn't a very nutritious dinner.
Either is having a wrap with chicken and cheese for lunch.

Your diet isn't great, very carb heavy and drinking buckets of diet coke isn't good at all either. Drink buckets of water instead.
Also where are your vegetables ?

I think all the " intermittent fasting" is a load of crap - That's just my opinion.
Stick to healthy clean diet 7 days a week.
Cut back on the carbs and processed foods, eat more protein and good fats.
work out how much calories you should be eating and start adding and calculating how much you are eating. (my fitness pal is a good site for this)
Try having 3 square meals a day that contains a good source of protein (fish or meat) and plenty of greens/veg.

    What's your opinion based on?

 got into a debate about this before on another thread but all I'll say on it is that I personally just don't see the point in anyone starving themselves for a day, I just don't see any benefit from it.

Just from my own experience If I go a day starving myself eating feck all Cals, I would have no energy, be cranky, very little motivation to work out, wouldn't sleep well and I know the next day I will over eat (binge) cause my body will be wanting the missed cals from the previous day.

Not everyone is like me though, but I'd sooner eat a well balanced diet 7 days a week meeting my required cals and macros. So far it's working well so I wouldn't benefit or see the need to fast!

Each to their own though, some obviously see benefit from it and if it works for some, well good for them.

But you don't have to starve yourself for a whole day. The common way i've seen is a 16 hour fasting window and eating over 8 hours.
With a regular eating pattern people probably have a 10-12 hour fast anyway depending how early and late you eat. So it's not drastically different. Prob just braves holding off in breakfast for a while and not snacking too late.
