    Hi all,
    The mother is looking for a new laptop, i3 and 4gb ram minimum, looking to keep it to about €400 please.

    Have a look at dabs and laptopsdirect an i3 sub 400 isnt hard to find. Plenty of acer's at the price but ive had 3 friends all with problematic acers so would go for something else like the lenovo.

    Yeah I saw a few lenovos on dabs and have heard good things about them and equally bad things about acer.
    I bought an asus x54c lately but my mum hates windows 8 so I'd have to get rid of that first!
    I'll recommend a Lenovo to her, thanks
