number plates in Cork

    Where can I get number plates made up in Cork,
    Need then quickish. Hoping they can be ordered and collected in a matter of hours on monday.

    Any recommendations

    Halfords ,in and out of the place within 15 minutes with my shiny new reg plates

    Most motor factors places will do them on the spot as long as you have the proof of ownership cert with you. That's always been my experience. Go to your nearest motor factors with your registered owner cert and it just takes a few minutes.

    Call Halfords first, their machine was broken the last time I went looking, for weeks and weeks. They referred me to Johnson & Perrott, but the guys in there are useless, can't get anything right. I get my Volvo stuff from Wales now, cheaper and with more efficient service!

    I got plates made up in the auto shop in Ballyvolane shopping centre a few years ago. They will make them up straight away for you in about ten minutes.

    Are they the plastic type in Ballyvolane ?

    replacing the metal plates on a car i'm working on, and just want to get them instantly, save me a return journey to pick them up the following day, i've used monplate in carrigtwohill in the past but they do a next day service.
