will this chainset fit?

hey gang i have a 2007 lapierre rcr500.

It has a shimano tiagra fc4503 triple 9 speed chainset out front.

i cannot find this part anywhere for less than 100GBp.

I have found this part which appears to have exactly the same spec, however its deore and it says mountain on the bottom bracket:

Should this be OK?

The bike is already 6 years old, although its a great bike, she is getting on in years, and i dont wanna spend mad money on her.

Any help would be great

It looks like it will fit, providing the BB is the same width.

The problem I see is the ratios, 42-32-24, completely different from your current setup, and not ideal for the speed of road riding.
