PUTTING PARTITION WALLS IN ATTIC

I am close to buying a listed mid terraced house built c. 1925 but the surveyor has discovered that there is no partition in the attics between houses i.e. its one open space for the whole terrace. This creates a fire, security and vermin risk so he has recommended I build partition walls separating my attic space from the others. I am also pretty sure it might make getting insurance difficult. So can anyone give any indication of whether this is a big job and how much it is likely to cost? As it is mid terrace I will need 2 walls :o(

Much obliged for quick responses on this:)
