    Another day decoying 22 in the pic 3 flew away after being hit hard we should have got alot more but they just wouldn't come in close enough and when they did they were like rockets

    What have you out as yer setup?.

    Just over set fields is it?.

    Evenings are getting good (bar the hurricane ) must really get myself some gear and get off me hole.

    Just 8 pigeon shell decoys in a horseshoe shape set up a couple of floaters when I got birds shot and just kept adding shot birds to the pattern. Shooting with 28g rc2 7.5s through full and 3/4 chokes in my bettinsoli vintora with 28" barrels

    How much of a hide do you have going?..

    I have a brand new shotgun in the case 2 months now and I have barely used it

    I think it's a 12 foot camo net we never really bother putting any other branches or anything else on it it usually works just the way it is

    have u tried using a pigeon magnet, ive just got one and works great,

    Havnt used one yet but my father was making one a few months ago but then left it to start a new project so don't have one to try Plus I walk to wherever I shoot so it'd just be more weight to carry

    i made one before from an ole battery drill and the tops of two old fishing rods did the trick for a while , but just got a real one and its magic , it would be worth your while to hump one wit u, i have to walk to some spots myself but wouldnt shoot wit out it now, even if i had to make to trips wit the gear, it pulls them in from a far, go on to you tube and look for a clip called 700+ birds or 700plus birds , these guy are shooting beside dublin airport using magnets let me know what ya think of it

    That's what he was making it out of aswell a battery drill. I've seen those videos before they do some good shooting alright

    yeah there sharp , id hate to go shooting wit them i wouldnt get a shot ,

    ive also heard of lads making them from window wipper motors from a car
    ment to be as good as the real things

    We made one using a window wiper motor, its a great job and very easy to make.If you have a look on youtube there is videos showing you how to go about it.
