I am thinking of ordering a phone and it has wifi b/g. Does it make big difference over a phone that has wifi b/g/n?

Most phones support all of them these days.

Would it make a difference in the speed?

Not that you would notice on a phone.

4mbit is enough to max Youtube in 1080p, most of the time your providers link to Google through the Inex is the bottleneck as 65-70% of their traffic is to Google. Most smartphones come with wireless "n" anyway

Have you got an n router?

I doubt it will make much difference unless your streaming HD from a hard drive or computer on your local network, which would be a bit pointless on a phone IMO.
