Howdidido notifications

    Hi all

    My handicap and comp results are no longer being sent to me via email from HDID and i wonder if anyone has had a similar issue? I contacted HDID who said it must be an issue with my club as there system works fine. However i contacted the club who tell me it must be an issue with HDID as there system is working fine, which i accept as my handicap is being updated at the club and on Golfnet.

    I was on the standard HDID account and it was a reallt useful service until it stopped without warning. I have changed my email address to see if that made any difference and also updated my profile to see if something had changed.

    Anyone experience anything similar??

    HDID is working fine - the issue will definitely be with your club and/or competition secretary. Maybe he's on vacation ? ;-)

    No issues with HDID for me but if your results are not being sent to them by your club then they obviously wont be updating you.

    Was thinking the same meself have played 3 comps the last 3 wks & i still have no away records in my gui or hdid,was hoping for a shot or 2 bck but nothing yet

    the most you can 'get back' is .1 at a time anyway - isnt it? GUI are particularly poor at away records, sometimes they are there and then disappear and other times they never show them at all but the handicap is usually right. Not sure why that is.

    They've stopped updating with our club too and tbh I miss it. It's a deadly service. Last year you could check it around 10pm the night of the comp to see how you got on.

    Check with your competitions committee. They could be closing out the competitions and leaving a box Unticked. A box that says upload to howdidido or something similar.

    You only get a certain amount of notifications and then you need to upgrade to gold to get the emails or texts... is that it?
