How to get the rear inside door panel off a Ford Focus 04 - lock problem

Lock problems on a Ford Focus 04, central locking won't work on rear curb side passenger door but all other locks work. No big deal but manual locking doesn't work either on that door from the inside. So I'd like to get the door panel off and all was going well until I tried to get the window winder knob off any ideas?…
