I recently lost my job and have had to move back home.

To cut a very long story short, I suffer from mild depression and have had to take medication to help manage it. However, my parents believe that I have some form of mental and are constantly pressurising me to seek help.

I've gone to three different doctors to seek advise and they've not diagnosed anything of any great significance.

They know this but are still at me. How can it be explained without causing a bog row.

Some sort of mental? What? I think a word is missing there and if it's illness, well depression is a form of mental illness. Do they mean they want you to seek help by seeing a counsellor? And have you tried that?
