Hey all. So I've decided I want to get fit (no seriously I mean it this time). When I say fit I mean I'd love to get to the stage where I can go for a 30/40 minute run/jog a few times a week. At the moment I walk a bit (hour walk maybe 3 times a week) however, when it comes to attempting running or jogging I just get red faced and out of breathe. Any advice on how I should build myself up to this?

    Absolutely.

The couch to 5k program sounds like it's the program for you.

    Give it a go HERE.
