Can someone tell me if this diet looks healthy to lose a stone and mainly to start earing healthier>

Breakfast- Protein smoothie ( i use a couple of scoops of PHD Diet whey) with a handful of uncooked porridge oats, banana mixed with water

Lunch- I make a quinoa and salmon burger with a light salad or some veg

Dinner- Quinoa and salmon burger with homemade ratatouille (courgette, aubergine, tinned tomato)

For snack I cut up an apple and lightly spread peanut butter on the chunks.

and 2Litres of water. is there too much protein in this diet, im wary of what it might do to my kidneys in the longrun or is there too many calories, I ideally would like to lose a stone. Any advice would help

No you definitely do not have too much protein in your diet. I would estimate it at about 200g of protein (if even) which is perfectly fine. Diet looks pretty good, I'm guessing you don't eat meat.
I'm not quite sure what a salmon burger is but as long as your talking about an actual piece of salmon and not some processed crap, it should be fine.

Have you been doing it for long and what do you do on the training side of things?

Thanks! I make the salmon burger myself using this recipe with just a few modifications

As for the training, I've taken up jogging and I bought that Kettleworx boxset so I can do dvds at home

    Diet looks fine to me.
maybe just try get a little more greens and veg in there.

Also no harm working out how much calories you should be eating daily, and work out your Macros. This will help you a lot, you might not be eating enough cals.
