    I bought a dress from a UK website recently and it came completely different from the website picture. Anyway I've been emailing about sending it back. I received an email this morning requesting pictures of the problem but when I tried to send the pics I got a delivery failure reply. When I tried to email without the attachments I got the same thing and now the website appears to be gone too. Am I out €130 and tough tomatoes or is there anything I can do?

    What's the site? Did you pay by credit card? If so you can do a chargeback.
